Nancy Morrison has been designing and constructing original works of stained glass for homes, businesses and churches for over 30 years.
She approaches her work from an artistic standpoint, incorporating the architectural and interior design elements with the natural light of the space. Nancy endeavors to capture the essence of the client’s taste and colours in the collaborative process. The unique quality of each commission is an enjoyable challenge that fullfills her inventive nature and keeps her passionate about Stained Glass.
She leans towards using the handmade mouth blown art glass, which gives a rich clarity and quality to a piece. Utilizing both the copper foil and lead came techniques, she integrates sandblasting, glass painting, gemstones and fusing when applicable.
