My name is Howie Cohen and I have been working with wood for over 45 years. From planting hundreds of thousands of trees, to slap and dash carpentry, to almost fine woodworking …wood has been my joy.
Displayed in my studio gallery is a collection of thrift store art and some photos, all reframed with our beautiful, local Comox Valley woods. These frames use the colours, textures and natural live edges of the wood to enhance the images and make them pop. Along with these, there are wall mirrors and some furniture….all in the live edge style of woodworking.
