The studio is filled with whimsical original fused glass, paintings and ceramic art for the home and garden for sale by Christopher Dahl and Jan Bell-Irving – including garden stakes, planters, vases, plates, pots, bowls, paintings and sculptures.
Christopher Dahl Chris is a musician, designer and artist. He has exhibited his paintings and prints in public and private galleries including the National Gallery of Canada, the Vancouver Art Gallery and the City of Vancouver Collection. Lately he has focused on ceramics as his preferred medium of expression and this colourful work reflects his interest in music, nature, storytelling and graphic design.His artwork is now available exclusively from Gallery 222 in Qualicum Beach BC.
Jan Bell-Irving Jan has worked with mixed media, found objects and metal work and now works primarily with glass as her medium of choice. Creating jewelry as well as functional pieces such as bowls and platters, she also produces expressive and whimsical fused glass garden stakes, mobiles and wall pieces. Her colour pallet is vibrant and exploits the magic and depth that only glass work can bring.
